Services

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.

However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 ours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and may offer: 

• A complimentary follow-up treatment

• A credit toward a future service (at management discretion)

Products​

If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchased from us:  

​

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product unopened and in its original packaging.

​

• Opened or used products may be exchanged or refunded only if they caused an allergic reaction or were defective.  Please bring the product back and report the issue promptly.
