Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 ours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and may offer:

A complimentary follow-up treatment

A credit toward a future service (at management discretion)

If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchased from us:

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product unopened and in its original packaging.

Opened or used products may be exchanged or refunded only if they caused an allergic reaction or were defective. Please bring the product back and report the issue promptly.
