Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aesthetic Perfectio Studio & Training (Pty) Ltd. We are committed to providing you with the best skincare services and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience. 

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your appointment.

 

1.  Booking and Appointment Policy

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking system, or in person.

  • A valid contact number and email are required to confirm your booking.

  • Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Late cancellations may incur a fee.

   

2.  Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website or at the reception. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, credit / debit cards, and digital payments.  

  • Any additional treatments or products purchased will be charged accordingly.

 

3.  Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, and full payment may still apply.

4.  Health and Medical Conditions

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues prior to treatments.  

  • If you are pregnant, nursing or have any health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before booking.

  •  Certain treatments may be unsuitable for specific skin conditions or health issues.  Our staff will advise accordingly.

5.  Cancellation Policy​

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.

6.  Liability and Skin Reactions 

  • While we take all precautions, skincare treatments may cause temporary redness, irritation, or allergic reactions. 

  • Clients are responsible for informing staff of any adverse reactions resulting from pre-existing conditions or post-treatment care.

7.  Gift Cards and Promotions 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

  • Promotions and discounts are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. 

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

 

8.  Personal Responsibility 

  • Clients must follow pre-and -post treatment care instructions provided by our staff. 

  • Any misuse of the facilities or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.

9Changes to Terms and Conditions 

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

  • Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
